Treatment
A deeply relaxing seated treatment working on the head, neck, shoulders and upper back — releasing tension, easing headaches and leaving the mind wonderfully clear and calm.
Indian head massage — known in India as Champissage — has been practised for over a thousand years as part of Ayurvedic medicine. It is a seated treatment, meaning you remain fully clothed throughout, making it wonderfully accessible and easy to fit into your day.
Working on the head, scalp, face, neck, shoulders and upper back, this treatment targets the areas where we accumulate the most tension — particularly those of us who spend long hours at a desk, driving, or carrying the weight of a busy life. The results can be remarkable: headaches dissolve, shoulders drop, and the mind becomes quiet and clear.
Indian head massage is also a wonderful treatment for those who are new to massage, or who prefer not to undress for a full body treatment. It is deeply effective, completely non-invasive and suitable for most people.

Firm, rhythmic massage of the scalp stimulates circulation, nourishes hair follicles and induces a deeply meditative state of relaxation.
Gentle pressure and circular movements across the face and temples ease tension, relieve headaches and leave the face feeling lifted and refreshed.
The neck and shoulders are where we hold the most tension. Deep kneading and pressure point work releases chronic tightness and restores freedom of movement.
The upper back is worked to release the deep postural tension that builds from desk work, driving and daily stress — often the root cause of headaches and neck pain.
