New Treatments & a Little Summer Break

I have some exciting news to share — three wonderful new treatments are now available to book with me, and I cannot wait to introduce them to you. But first, a quick note: I am taking a short, well-deserved holiday from 18th June to 22nd June, so I will be unavailable for appointments during that time. I will be back and fully booked from Monday 23rd June — so if you would like to secure a spot, please do get in touch and I will confirm your appointment on my return.

Now, on to the exciting part…

Three Beautiful New Treatments

Warm Bamboo Massage

This is one of my absolute favourites to give. Smooth bamboo canes are gently warmed and then used to knead, roll and glide across the muscles — delivering a deeply penetrating treatment that hands alone simply cannot replicate. The heat encourages muscles to soften and release more readily, making it ideal for anyone carrying chronic tension, tight or overworked muscles, or those who simply want a more intensive massage experience.

I trained in warm bamboo massage over eight years ago and recently completed a CPD refresher to ensure my technique is as effective as ever. This treatment is accredited by The Guild of Beauty Therapists and IPHM, and endorsed by HABIA.

Available: 60 minutes — £65 | 90 minutes — £90

Thai Herbal Compress Massage

This is a truly special treatment — one rooted in centuries of Thai healing tradition. Bundles of therapeutic herbs including lemongrass, ginger, turmeric and kaffir lime are steamed and then pressed, rolled and kneaded across the body in a rhythmic, deeply soothing sequence. The warmth, the aroma and the healing properties of the herbs all work together to create something quite extraordinary.

It is deeply relaxing, wonderfully nourishing for the skin, and particularly effective for anyone dealing with inflammation, joint stiffness or deep muscle tension. This treatment is also CPD accredited by The Guild of Beauty Therapists and IPHM, and endorsed by HABIA.

Available: 60 minutes — £70 | 90 minutes — £95

Indian Head Massage

A beautiful, deeply relaxing seated treatment — and one that is perfect for those who are new to massage or prefer not to undress for a full body treatment. Working on the scalp, face, neck, shoulders and upper back, Indian head massage targets the areas where we hold the most tension. Headaches dissolve, shoulders drop, and the mind becomes wonderfully quiet and clear.

As a fully clothed, seated treatment it is also ideal for those with limited time — and it is just as effective as a full body massage for stress relief and mental clarity.

This treatment is also CPD accredited by The Guild of Beauty Therapists and IPHM, and endorsed by HABIA.

Available: 40 minutes — £48 | 60 minutes — £55
